Position Title: Sales Agent

Description: VidSportTV is a New York City based start-up offering next generation coaching and recruiting services through an online social networking platform. Sales candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial, self-starter approach. Seeking candidates with strong backgrounds in one or more of these areas: e services sales, digital media ad sales, telemarketing to high schools and/or college and universities. Personal passion for athletics and sports marketing will be valued. Personal selling
backgrounds and customer service experience are also highly desirable. This opportunity is a ground-floor opportunity at a high growth private company for anyone who loves sports and desires to network with next generation coaches and athletes.

Position Type: Full Time or Part-Time

Travel Percentage: 0%  – this is a 'work-from-home' opportunity

Compensation: VidSport will be offering commission-based full-time and part-time positions. Commissions will be paid on all leads that generate a free trial in one of our products.

Qualifications:
The candidate should have a strong background in telemarketing or inbound sales and be comfortable in a virtual company environment. Entrepreneurial, self-starters with high levels of determination and persistence will succeed in this environment. The best candidates will also exhibit natural sales abilities.

Scope:
Calling from lists of leads that VidSportTV provides and/or the home agent generates themselves to get a commitment to a free trial in one of our products. TeamRoom with ThoughtSpot is targeted to the coaching community and PlayerCast and ProHighlight is targeted to student athletes and their parents.

VidSportTv will provide contact information to communicate with coaches and may consider providing lists of student athletes and/or their parents in the future.

Scripts (TBD) to communicate VidSportTv value to the coaching community will be provided

We would like Home Agents to attempt a minimum of 100 calls per week; preferably in the morning hours but any time during normal business hours would be acceptable. These are generally the times coaches are available

Home agents will receive vtiger logins to our CRM system to track activity and to create compensation payment based on the activity
Call logging procedures and training on the CRM system will be provided
